Als Prozessor kommt im HTC One Mini statt einer Quadcore-CPU das Dualcore-Modell Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 mit 1,4 GHz zum Einsatz. Arbeits- und Datenspeicher sind 1 GByte beziehungsweise 16 GByte groß.
